Partner questions

How much do I earn?

20% of every charge from every workspace attributed to you — the first invoice and every renewal, for as long as that customer keeps paying. Trials charge nothing, so commission starts with the first real payment.

How does attribution work?

When someone opens your referral link, PnlShip remembers your code in their browser for 30 days. When they create their workspace it’s stamped with your code — typing the code at signup does the same. A workspace is attributed once, permanently.

When and how do I get paid?

Commission is paid from money that has already cleared into PnlShip’s bank, bundled into a payout on the 1st of each month and sent to the bank account you add in the portal. There’s no minimum payout.

What happens with refunds?

If a customer is refunded before your commission was paid, that commission is reversed. If it was already paid, a small adjustment nets off your next payout. Every line is visible in your Transactions tab.

Can I see my referrals’ financial data?

No. You see the workspace name and its subscription status — never a customer’s transactions, balances or personal details.

Can my team use the dashboard?

Yes. Invite teammates and choose exactly what each one can see — dashboard, transactions, payments, coupons or team management.

Do I have to stop promoting if I deactivate a code?

Deactivating a code only stops new signups on it. Workspaces already attributed to it keep earning you your share.
